1. Event Setup & Arrival

Our team arrives early to ensure everything is ready before your guests walk in. We set up premium casino tables with full-length table skirts, professional-grade chips, and authentic playing cards. Depending on the venue, setup typically takes 1.5 to 2.5 hours.

✔ We coordinate with the venue staff to ensure proper table placement.
✔ All dealers and the pit boss receive instructions for the evening.
✔ Fun money is organized and distributed to be handed out at check-in.

2. Guest Arrival & Casino Money Distribution

When guests arrive, they receive $500 in fun money (or a custom amount of your choice). This adds an interactive element, allowing them to “buy-in” to the casino experience.

✔ Guests exchange fun money for chips at any of the tables.
✔ A pit boss or event organizer explains the rules and prize system.
✔ The casino floor opens, and the excitement begins!

3. Gaming & Entertainment

Our professional dealers run the tables, ensuring guests have a fun and authentic experience. The most popular games include:
